:: My Not-So-Lil Bro ::

The time goes tick tick ticking... And before I knew it, Aiman is already 15 years old today!! Aiman Afandi, my younger and only brother...

I remeber the time and when ibu brought you home, you were such a bundle of joy. Though your face was all screwed up into a stern, grumpy face. Ahax, we used to joke how 'old' you seem compared to your age back then. It was the first time along, Aisyah and I saw a baby boy up close and we were treendously curious about... well... about stuff ;) You started crawling and seeing you wriggling around reminds us how you resembled a silk worm (seriously!)

So by and by, you grew up into a scrawny little boy who really knows how to win peoples hearts.

Especially with the older generation. Yup, everytime we go to the market or any function, the aunts and uncles will go "Where's Aiman?". Hahaha... you were so popular, weren't you. Despite your 'cuddliness' though, you can be a lot to handle sometimes too. I remember when we were in Kuantan and at one time, you kept running off to play with our neighbour, Ira, without telling us first. Sorry for not understanding that you wanted a friend, a playmate of your age at that time, Aiman. Love can make people overly worried... Not excluding me..

After UPSR, you entered boarding scool. MRSM Terendak. God only knows how much you were missed by our family. Especially ibu, ayah, Aisyah and Aqilah who had always been with you at home. Everytime holidays comes, and we reunite as a family, it was with great joy to see how big you are getting. We, your elder sisters, can't wait for you to be taller than us. Ahax, though secretly, I do hope I can keep the cute lil Aiman forever. Still, time changes and we have to accept that you're no longer a cute boy but a handsome young man now.

Aiman, remember the time when we were walking at a night market, you, me and along together? then some guys said 'Assalamualaikum'? You answered on our behalf and dragged us away from that place. You were still around 11 or 12 at that time and was already protecting us like a big brother that we never had. Protective and possesive I would say. Ahax, but that's our Aiman. Knowing where his responsibilities lie. We are so lucky to have been blessed with a brother like you

Today, on your 15th birthday, I would like to wish you a very happy birthday, my lil bro. May Allah bless you, grant you a life filled with love and success, and may all your dreams come true. Study well, aiman. You'll still be getting a scolding from me if you misbehave or neglect your studies. Cause no matter how old you are, you will forever be my darling little brother. Ayah, Ibu, Along, Angah, Aisyah and Aqilah loves you always (^,^)
